No Refunds on Memberships

All membership purchases are non-refundable. Once payment is submitted—whether for monthly, quarterly, or annual memberships—it is considered final and no refunds will be issued, regardless of attendance or usage.

We encourage you to consider your schedule, goals, and commitment before purchasing a membership.

Event or Program Fees

Some one-time events, clinics, or camps may have separate refund policies. These will be stated clearly on the event registration page. Unless otherwise noted, all event fees are non-refundable as well.

Medical Authorization

In case of emergency, I authorize club staff to seek emergency medical treatment on my or my child’s behalf if I am not available.

Release of Liability

I hereby release and hold harmless The Complete Wrestler Wrestling Club, its coaches, volunteers, staff, and facilities from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from participation in club activities.
